The clamp grips the standing-seam fold itself (Orima CHA077, made in Finland). We publish a measured working band for fold height of 23–37 mm with these clamps — our measurement, not yet a figure confirmed by Orima. Wind load: Eurocode design basis, wind zones 1–2

The wind load is calculated per DIN EN 1991-1-4 (German NA) as a design basis. The calculated verification of the mount against this load is not yet complete. There is no structural engineer review and no certificate; we do not state a certified wind speed. Design basis: wind zones 1–2, terrain category II, up to 10 m building height.

Higher wind zones (coast, North Sea islands) and buildings over 10 m are outside our design basis — send your location and a photo.

About German wind zones

Germany has four wind zones (1–4); our design basis covers zones 1–2. To look yours up: the wind-zone map in the National Annex to DIN EN 1991-1-4, or your engineer / installer.
