FalsMount is not made for a warehouse. The parts are laser-cut and bent from galvanised sheet steel in small batches and packed into a kit with the Orima clamps and the tube in our workshop. That is why this page says exactly where we are instead of leaving you to guess.
Right now: a batch of the FalsMount Standard is assembled and being packed — ready to hand over to Omniva on the next working day after the order.

Transit in working days from handover to Omniva. The price is what Omniva charges us for a parcel up to 5 kg to Germany. Other EU countries: we currently ship within Germany only.
No customs, no import duties: the parcel is an intra-EU delivery like one from any other member state.
One box per kit: 600×360×380 mm, about 4.6 kg (kit 3.981 kg, packaging a rough estimate of about 0.6 kg). Delivered to your delivery address.
The XL is longer than this box — its base plate (600–605 mm) does not fit in 600 mm. It goes as an oversized item by courier. We'll confirm delivery time and shipping cost before you pay. This shipping price applies to the Standard model.
Every parcel leaves with a tracking number. You get it by email as soon as Omniva has taken the parcel over, and can follow it to delivery.
You choose a model and quantity, then your delivery address in Germany at checkout. For the FalsMount Standard that continues to a real Stripe Checkout — card or Apple Pay; charged when you pay. Shipping is added at checkout.
For the XL, real payment is not open yet — checkout says so if you try. If you would rather write: hello@falsmount.com with your seam step and postcode.
The FalsMount Standard goes back within 30 days of delivery — full refund, and we pay the return shipping. The exact terms are under Returns & fit guarantee.
